STEP 2. – Take Royal Flush Liquid Detox. 

1. When you are ready to begin, shake the bottle thoroughly and drink the entire contents over a 10-minute period.
2. Refill the bottle with water and drink contents again over a 10-minute period.
3. Repeat one more time, bringing your total water consumption to 48 ounces. Drinking too much water will dilute the effectiveness of the product.
4. Since toxins are eliminated primarily through urination, try and urinate at least 2 to 3 times. These initial urinations will be full of the toxins that were previously in your body. Once you have gone at least two times, you can consider yourself cleansed.
